The Okanagan Region of British Columbia Canada is the home of Stonebridge Lodge at Big White Ski Resort.
This region is famous for outstanding summers and even better winters, with super dry snow and lots of it, every year.
The largest town in the region is Kelowna, also the second largest town in British Columbia after Vancouver, and the gateway to Big White Ski Resort.
Big White Ski Resort is an easy 45-minute drive (56km) south-east from Kelowna International Airport (YLW).
From Vancouver the road journey is a comfortable 5 hours (438 kms). A flight from Vancouver (YVR) or Calgary (YXC) will have you in Kelowna in just over half an hour.
