Health and Travel Restrictions Policy

Stonebridge at Big White travel agency no longer offer a fully refundable, no fee, cancellation policy should you be unable to travel due to pandemic related health, illness or travel restrictions impacting your vacation plans*.

We rely on our supplier & partner’s health, travel and illness cancellation and refund policies for all reservations and services. We do not charge any fees for managing cancellations.

Stonebridge at Big White is a boutique Australian based Canada ski travel specialist, accredited with IATA and ATAS/AFTA. We have solid financials (ACN 083863834) having been in the travel industry for more than 20 years.

We are here at your disposal when you are ready to discuss your Big White vacation plans, and make reservations and are dedicated to full transparency.

*Stonebridge at Big White does not charge any cancellation fees for our services. However, we will always clearly outline any of our supplier/partner cancellation/refund conditions, prior to any deposit being taken to ensure you are 100% comfortable and assured of any financial commitment being made.

We provide peace of mind, that no booking or change fees will be charged by Stonebridge at Big White, should you change your mind. We do, however, have to abide by our supplier’s cancellation policies.

Rest assured, we are here to help, to make your dream ski vacation to Big White, become a reality and will work with you to find the best solution if you are unable to travel.
