Prices vary depending on whether you require a private transfer, or the resort’s scheduled shared airport shuttle.  Private transfers include a 60-minute grocery shopping stop in Kelowna enroute up to Big White Ski Resort.

Shared Shuttle Service operated by Big White Ski Resort

The coach may wait for multiple flight arrivals. Wait time usually no longer than 30-45 minutes. Usually there are multiple drop off and pick up locations at Big White.

British Columbia has strict rules when it comes to child passenger safety, and we need to ensure that we follow the rules of the road. Our transport partners are able to offer child seats for some of our guests, but we do have a limited supply. If you would like to rent one of ours for your transfer, we will be able to provide them to you if they are available.

Product Description

Take the stress out of all your resort travel arrangements. Book your private airport transfers, ensuring your own safe travel bubble. A one-hour grocery shopping stop is included on all private ‘up’ transfers. A minimum charge applies for less than four passengers. All transfers are door-to-door.

Child safety seats are provided for children and infants, as are required as per BC Law (must be pre-booked).

If you are travelling alone or with a couple, or not needing grocery shopping, the scheduled shared airport shuttle will be a more economical option to get to and from Big White Ski Resort. Scheduled airport shuttle buses are available 24/7 through the resort’s direct shuttle service. All shuttles are door-to-door and may require a change of vehicle at Central Mountain Check-in. The Resort may substitute shuttle buses for larger coaches or taxis, depending on advance bookings.

All shuttles and transfers must be reserved at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
