The inventory is refreshed each year, assuring you of the latest technology. Enjoy the added benefit of switching gear as often as you like, to try out the full range on offer. You can swap from skis to snowboards as well, whenever you like. It’s that easy!

COVID-19 Notice:

*Reconfigured ski and snowboard rental shops to promote physical distancing and limit contact with staff and other guests.

*All rental equipment will need to be pre-booked and pre-paid before your arrival at Big White.

*You will require details of your lift ticket purchase in order to book rental equipment (season pass or day ticket).

*A touchless laser boot measuring system will be in place to help decrease the number of touch points between staff and guests in the rental shop.

*The rental shop has allocated a dedicated staff member to assist with those who need assistance pre-purchasing their rentals, or who have any other questions about the rental process.

*This season, all rental equipment will be distributed through the Village Centre Mall location.

*Due to covid-19 we are unable to offer rental clothing this winter.

*This winter we are suspending our cross country ski and snowshoe rental program. Trails will remain open for public use.

Pre-purchased online lift tickets are the best value, safe and seamless way to access Big White Ski Resort’s 119 ski runs. If you’re planning on skiing 7+ days the season pass is by far the best value; and includes loads of in-resort additional perks and discounts.

COVID-19 Policy:
Due to possible limited capacity, there may be limited number of lift passes available every day so we recommend that you purchase well in advance to avoid disappointment. Lift passes MUST be pre-purchased online as ticket windows will not be open. Our team can assist with this online purchase process. All lift passes are final sale, non-refundable, non-transferrable and MUST be used on the date selected.
